A Pan-Fried World Record!   On May 11-13, 2003, members of Pan Fried Funk, as well as a few adoptees, set the WORLD RECORD for consecutive time playing ultimate frisbee at 48 hours, 1 minute.  PFF broke the old record, set by Anchorage Ultimate in 1994, by 1 hour, 48 minutes.  The WFDF has just made our record official, viewable now as part of the WFDF's Rulebook:

How did it work?  As per WFDF rules, we fielded two teams of 15 players each, with games to a soft cap of 19 and a hard cap of 21.  Players took turns resting, with 3 to 5 hours constituting an average break.
