Windows Documentation is currently available in the form of Adobe Acrobat pdf documents, Microsoft Word documents and some manuals are available in HTML.
A NOTE ON DOWNLOADING UNDER WINDOWS XP PRO if you have updated to SERVICE PACK 2 (Sept, 2004)
Users using XP Pro, SR2 (SR2 has
been recommended by Microsoft as a Critical Update), may have the default
firewall turned on and that can block downloads. One simple thing
to check is to go to Start, Control Panel, Security Center, Click Windows
Firewall. Then on the Windows Firewall "General" tab, click the OFF button.
Then try the download again.
You
may wish to turn the Windows
Firewall back on afterwards for security.
